Feedback was gathered throughout the state from consumers, providers, state partners, and other interested parties on what current gaps in services are barriers to relocation. Read the 2007 Survey and Questionnaire Summary.
This feedback was analyzed by the Collaborative Team and used to develop an Operational Protocol that outlined the Roads to Community Living program design, implementation, and evaluation.
The Operational Protocol was submitted for approval to CMS on October 15, 2007 and approved by CMS in March, 2008. Read the approved Washington State Operational Protocol (PDF).
