The Collaborative Team
A consumer-based Collaborative Team made up of individuals across disabilities and representatives from multiple state agencies was formed to serve in an advisory capacity for the project. See a list of members for the Collaborative Team and state partners.
From May through September, 2007, the Collaborate Team was responsible for prioritizing information gathered in statewide Key Informant meetings and an on-line survey. They also helped prioritize and make decisions about what should be included in the Operational Protocol. Read the Washington State Operational Protocol.
Now that the Operational Protocol is complete and enrollment has begun, the Collaborative Team’s advisory role shifts to monitoring the project’s progress and bringing the consumer perspective to the project itself.
