ECONOMIC STIMULUS RESOURCES
Dear Nursing Facility/Home Administrator:
The purpose of this letter is to ask your help in educating and encouraging residents or their representatives to apply for their economic stimulus payment.
There are over 116,000 seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities in Washington State who have yet to claim their economic stimulus payment. The IRS has provided a database that contains information about these people. You may access this at: http://www.mymedicarecommunity.org/showthread.php?t=3228
Residents or their representatives can apply for the economic stimulus payment using the Economic Stimulus Tool at: http://www.benefitscheckup.org/ Please note that October 15, 2008 is the deadline to apply for the economic stimulus payment.
