Boarding Home Provider Training
Dear Boarding Home Provider:
Residential Care Services (RCS) will offer Boarding Home (BH) provider training on an overview of the final BH rules. As time permits, there may also be a review of mandated reporting requirements. Following is detailed information about the training scheduled for your area this year:
DATE: October 31, 2003
HOURS: 9:30 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m.
CITY: Spokane
LOCATION: Sacred Heart Medical Center, 101 West Eighth Avenue
ROOM: Providence Auditorium, Building 10
- The training is free of charge. In order to be able to accommodate all interested parties, it is necessary to limit the number of participants from each home to a maximum of two.
- Pre-registration is not required; a sign-in sheet will be available upon arrival.
- Any food or beverage will be the responsibility of the attendee. No food or beverages will be offered and are the responsibility of the attendee. At this particular location, no food or drink is allowed inside the auditorium. There is a cafeteria on-site and a number of restaurants within walking distance.
- Auditorium Parking in the upper lot is free. Parking on the street and in all other areas at cost.
RCS will continue to hold the regional forums throughout the year. These forums are designed to enable providers, provider associations and advocates the opportunity to share their concerns and views with RCS staff and each other, and to provide the department with the opportunity to share information. ROOM: Drill Room
- The training is free of charge. In order to be able to accommodate all interested parties, it is necessary to limit the number of participants from each home to a maximum of two.
- Pre-registration is not required; a sign-in sheet will be available upon arrival.
- No food or beverage will be provided and is the responsibility of the attendee. The closest restaurant is located at the airport, which is approximately 2 miles away.
- Free parking is available on-site
