EXTENSION OF COMMENT PERIOD FOR PROPOSED WAC 388-78A
Dear Boarding Home Provider:
On March 11, 2003, the department held a hearing and accepted public comments on proposed amendments to WAC 388-78A, that were filed with the Office of the Code Reviser on January 7, 2003 under Washington State Register number 03-03-18. Comments on the proposed amendments were due no later than 5:00 PM on March 11, 2003.
The department has decided to extend the comment period on this filing until April 30, 2003.
