WAC 388-110 - CONTRACTED RESIDENTIAL CARE SERVICES

Dear Boarding Home Provider:

Enclosed is a copy of the CR-101 Preproposal Statement of Inquiry on Chapter 388-110 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Contracted Residential Care Services. The department is proposing to amend/revise this chapter as a result of the revision of chapter 388-78A WAC and to incorporate the boarding home Dementia Care Pilot Project standards.

We welcome public comment and recommendations in the development of these rules. A public meeting will be held to discuss your ideas related to contracted residential care as follows:

At a later date the department will publish proposed rules for public comment and a public hearing will be conducted before the rules are permanently adopted.
