SUBJECT: NURSE DELEGATION BROCHURE

Dear Boarding Home Provider:

Enclosed you will find the updated brochure for the Nurse Delegation Training for Nursing Assistants. This brochure contains information about the class, the law that requires this training, who is required to take the class and when the class should be taken. It also contains the names and phone numbers of the instructors who offer this class.

There are two ways a person can take the class: a classroom course, 9 hours in length, or a self-study version with videotape and workbook. The tuition is the same for both versions of the class.

Please contact the instructor from whom you wish to take the class. They can provide information about dates and times that they will be teaching. Each instructor keeps their own schedule based on the need in their area.
