AMENDMENTS TO WAC 388-76-675
Dear Adult Family Home Provider:
Enclosed is a final Rule-Making Order (CR103) for amendments to WAC 388-76-675 Adult Family Home Minimum Licensing Requirements-Reporting Requirements . The amended rules were filed on December 8, 2003 and will be adopted on January 8, 2004.
The review and update of this WAC complies with the Governor's Executive Order 97-02. The purpose of amending this rule is to comply with the recently passed legislation Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1904 (Chapter 230, Laws of 2003)---an act relating to the reporting of incidents by mandated reporters. The proposed rule also includes editorial changes reflecting the correct DSHS administration name.
