REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

Dear Adult Family Home Provider:

Enclosed is a Notification of Proposed Rule-Making (CR102) for amendments to Washington Administrative Code 388-76-675 Adult Family Homes Minimum Licensing Requirements - Reporting requirements .

The purpose of amending this rule is to comply with the recently passed legislation Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1904 (Chapter 230, Laws of 2003)---an act relating to the reporting of incidents by mandated reporters. The proposed rule also includes editorial changes reflecting the recent change in the DSHS administration name to Aging and Disability Services Administration.
