SUBJECT: NEW WAC – RESIDENT MEDICATIONS AND
EMERGENCY EVACUATION AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Dear Adult Family Home Provider:
Enclosed are copies of the new Resident Medications (388-76-64000 series)
and Emergency Evacuation And Safety Requirements (388-76-76500 series) WAC.
Also included are copies of the CR-103 containing explanations to changes
made after the public hearings and comments were received.
These new WACs repeal 388-76-640 (Resident Medications) and 388-76-765 (Fire Safety) and become effective October 21, 2002.
Training on the new WAC's will be held in late October and early November, as specified in the AFH #2002-030. This training is not mandatory and there is no registration.
