SUBJECT: TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETING A NEGOTIATED CARE PLAN:
IMPLEMENTATION OF WAC 388-76-61510

Dear Adult Family Home Provider:

Effective August 19, 2002, the time frame in WAC 388-76-61510 When Must The Negotiated Care Plan Be Developed? for completing a resident’s negotiated care plan changed from within fourteen days to within thirty days of admission into the adult family home.

Re-inspections and relevant complaint investigations initiated August 19, 2002 and thereafter, will incorporate this change during review of resident records.
