Nurse Delegation Program - Skin Observation Protocol (SOP) Resources
RNDs with a DSHS contract for nurse delegation services are required to respond to a case manager’s request for the Skin Observation Protocol (SOP) for a client currently receiving nurse delegation services. Nurse delegation services may not be initiated solely for the purpose of providing SOP.
