WAC Development and Stakeholder Meeting Schedules
In order to implement E2SHB 2284 (PDF) and Initiative 1029 (PDF), the department needs to make changes to several existing WACS. The first step in the rule making process is to file a CR-101 listing all of the WACS that will need changes and/or additions. Two CR-101s were filed on February 3, 2009 one for Residential Care Services CR-101 (PDF) and the other for Home and Community Services and Division of Developmental Disabilities CR-101 (PDF).
