AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 388-101 WAC

Dear Service Provider/Interested Party:

Residential Care Services has amended Chapter 388-101 WAC, Certified Community Residential Services and Support. The amendments were filed with the Office of the Code Reviser on August 29, 2006 as Washington State Register (WSR) 06-18-038 and will become effective on October 1, 2006.

The following documents are enclosed:

• CR-103 (Rule Making Oder) form with amendments to the proposed rule; and
• Concise Explanatory Statement (the department’s response to comments regarding the proposed rule).

The Concise Explanatory Statement includes all comments submitted regarding the proposed rules. Service providers are responsible for reviewing the amended rules and complying with the revised requirements.
