AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 388-101 WAC
Dear Service Provider/Interested Party:
Enclosed is a Notification of Proposed Rule-Making (CR-102) for amendments to Chapter 388-101 WAC, Certified Community Residential Services and Support.
The purpose of these rule amendments is to reflect the Department of Social and Health Service’s internal change of responsibility for receiving and investigating allegations of vulnerable adult abandonment, abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation within certified supported living settings.
The proposed rules also clarify that vehicles used to transport clients must be insured as required by state law.
