COMMENTS SOLICITED ON CHAPTER 388-101 WAC
Dear Service Provider/Administrator:
Enclosed is a Notification of Proposed Rule-Making (CR 102) for amendments to Chapter 388-101 WAC - Certified Community Residential Services and Support (CCRSS). Current rules remain in effect until the amended rules are permanent. We will notify you prior to the time these rules become effective.
The proposed amendment is to correct the cross-references within the WAC chapter, as a result of the recodification from Chapter 388-820 WAC.
Comments are solicited on these proposed rules. A hearing is scheduled as follows:
