CR-101 FILED: PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 388-78A WAC
Dear Boarding Home Administrator:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the department is considering amending and adding new sections of Chapter 388-78A WAC, Boarding Homes, and has begun the rule making process. The department filed the enclosed CR-101 document with the Office of the Code Reviser.
The CR-101 document can also be found on the Aging and Disability Services Administration (ADSA) internet website on the BH Professional page at http://www.adsa.dshs.wa.gov/professional/bh.htm under the heading "Boarding Home Rule Filings".
The purpose of amending these rules is to consider making editorial and clarifying changes, and to make them consistent with current laws and standards. Please check the internet site mentioned above as we will be posting draft language for review and comment before filing the proposed rule with the CR-102.
