AMENDING CHAPTER 388-78A WAC
Dear Boarding Home Administrators and Interested Parties:
Residential Care Services is considering possible amendments or additions to update chapter 388-78A WAC sections regarding building/construction requirements for new boarding home construction, respite care, and resident quality of life, care and safety.
The department has filed the enclosed CR-101 with the Office of the Code Reviser to begin the rule-making process.
