2005 BH "Dear Provider" Letters

REGION 1 – TRAINING ON Food Service Code Revisions

Dear Boarding Home Provider:

As you know, Boarding Homes are considered food service establishments by the Department of Health and are required to comply with Chapter 246-215 Washington Administrative Code (WAC): Food Service Regulations. Last fall you received a letter notifying you of upcoming changes to the food code that the State Board of Health was adopting for Washington and that training would be provided this spring. Training has been scheduled on changes to the food code that will take effect May 2005. This letter is to notify you of the date, time and location of that training.

Food Service Code Training

Department of Health has agreed to provide training specific to Boarding Home Providers and Residential Care Services (RCS) boarding home licensing staff.

Your session is scheduled for:

 Date: Tuesday, April 5, 2005
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
