RE: PARTNERS IN CARING CONFERENCE

Dear Boarding Home Provider:

Aging and Disability Services Administration is pleased to be a co-sponsor of the upcoming "PARTNERS IN CARING CONFERENCE".

This is an exciting opportunity for providers, association members, residents, licensors, complaint investigators and other persons invested in quality care for boarding home residents to gather and discuss how to achieve that goal.

The planning for this event is a joint effort of the provider associations, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman program and state staff. It is their desire that this workshop opportunity will be both interactive and informative. Networking to meet others involved with boarding homes is another valuable goal.

Enclosed you will find a tri-fold brochure outlining conference topics. Also in that brochure is an agenda and registration form.

You are important in the lives of residents and important in this discussion. I hope you are able to attend the conference at one of the five locations.
