RE: Meeting on WAC 388-78A-335 Dementia Care

Dear Boarding Home Provider:

Aging and Disability Services Administration (AASA) is considering amending the boarding home Licensing regulation WAC 388-78A-335 regarding Dementia Care. Before doing so, AASA is soliciting comments and input from interested parties who may be concerned or affected by any amendments to this section of regulation.

You are invited to attend a meeting that has been scheduled for Friday, October 8, 1999, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 in room 1 A-B or AASA Building "A", 600 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, Washington. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to ask questions and provide input regarding possible changes to WAC 388-78A-335.

A map with driving directions is enclosed for your reference. Also enclosed is a copy of the "CR 101" which provides notice of the possible rule making.
