Boarding Home Interim Guideline #26 – Format and Content of Individual's Resident Plan and Resident Health Record

Boarding Home Interim Guideline #27 – Video Surveillance in Boarding Homes.

Please add these two Interim Guidelines to the Interim Guidelines that were previously distributed.
