RE: ADMISSION AGREEMENT ANALYSIS

Enclosed is a copy of the guidelines that are being utilized by department staff in the area of Resident's Rights and admission agreements. I hope that this information is helpful to you.
A workgroup has been created for the purpose of developing a sample model of an admission agreement that providers may choose to use. You will receive a copy of any model admission form that may be a result of this committee.
