This letter is to notify you that, effective January 11, 1999, Diana Johnson is appointed as the
new Area Manager for the Residential Care Services AREA 6 SOUTH office based in
Vancouver.

The Vancouver office is the main area office for the following counties: Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis,
Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania, Wahkiakum, and is responsible for adult family home and
boarding home licensing and quality assurance in those counties.

The office is located at 5411 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 25, Vancouver, WA 98661.
