AMENDING CHAPTER 388-76 WAC
Dear Adult Family Home Provider:
Residential Care Services is considering possible amendments to several sections in Chapter 388-76 WAC Adult family home minimum licensing requirements.
The entire Chapter 388-76 WAC was re-written, codified and became effective on January 1, 2008. During WAC overview sessions the Department received input from stakeholders and staff showing a need to make some grammatical and technical changes and to clarify some sections of the WAC.
The department has filed the enclosed CR-101 with the Office of the Code Reviser to begin the rule making process.
