AMENDING CHAPTER 388-76 WAC
Dear Adult Family Home Provider:
During the last amendments to Chapter 388-76 WAC - Adult Family Home Minimum Licensing Requirements, a section was codified with two subsections containing the same number.
The department has filed the enclosed CR-105 (Expedited Rule) with the Office of the Code Reviser to correct this typographical error.
