AMENDMENTS TO WAC 388-76-76505

Dear Adult Family Home Provider :

Enclosed is a Rule-Making order (CR 102) for amendments to WAC 388-76-76505Adult Family Home Minimum Licensing Requirements. The amended rule order was filed with the Office of the Code Reviser on January 28, 2005 and will be published in the Washington State Register (WSR 05-04-058) on February 16, 2005.

The purpose of amending this rule is to update outdated building code references in the existing adult family home licensing rule to be consistent with the codes adopted by the State Building Code Council under 19.27 RCW relating to Adult Family Homes.

We welcome public comments and recommendations in the development of this rule. A public hearing is scheduled as follows:
