Dear Adult Family Home Provider:

State law requires that adult family homes operate in compliance with the law related to food handling.? Please review the enclosed letter from the Department of Health relating specific guidance for food handlers in your home.

Residential Care Services licensing staff will include review of facility compliance with requirements related to food worker permits.

If you have questions, please contact the Field Manager in your local Residential Care Services (RCS) office.
