Registration is required, but cannot be made more than 30 days before the orientation.  To register for a class, go to http://www.123signup.com/calendar?Org=adsa.

Obtaining Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours

1. This class has been approved for 5.5 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
2. To obtain 5.5 contact hours, the learner must attend the entire class.
3. Learner participation at the event will be verified by his/her signature on the registration list.
4. Successful completion of the class will be validated by the learner’s completion of the evaluation form.
5. Certificates of attendance will be emailed to participants within 21 days of the event.
